Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking:
  • 50% advance while booking confirmed
  • Remaining 50% 15 days prior to your departure
  • If your confirmation is within 15 days of your departure then 100% advance payment required.
  • To make a reservation, members of Touronto Travelers Group must provide their full name, contact information, and any other required details.
  • The remaining balance must be paid within the specified timeframe mentioned during the booking confirmation.
  • For Air ticket 100% payment should be made advanced.
Confirmation:
  • Once the booking is confirmed and payment is received, Touronto Travelers Group will provide a confirmation email with all relevant details, including the itinerary, accommodation information, and any additional services or activities included in the package.
Changes to the Itinerary:
  • If any changes are requested by Touronto Travelers Group before the trip commences, every effort will be made to accommodate those changes, subject to availability and any additional costs.
  • Any changes made after the trip has commenced may incur additional fees, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation and Refunds:

If a member of Touronto Travelers Group wishes to cancel their reservation, the following refund policy will be applied:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the trip start date: A refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be provided(Available for Tour package).Hotel charges will be decide by hotel policy .
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip start date: No refund will be provided. c. No-shows:
  • If a member of Touronto Travelers Group fails to join the trip Or get sick in the tour and unable to continue the tour, no refund will be provided.
  • For Air Ticket cancel and refund as per Airlines rules.
